CARD PAYMENTS:

Returns for items bought at full price are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment (Card Payment only) and must be accompanied by a receipt with the merchandise in its original condition.

OUR RETURN POLICY:

Please note that shipping & restocking Fees will not be refunded.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, free from dirt, dust, hair, fragrances, and foreign odours including smoke, free of makeup stains, with all tags & original packaging.

Any hygiene stickers on the garments must not be removed.

Return shipping within the US will be covered by us (1st Return). Customs duties and any other charges to be paid by the customer.

Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of first receiving the parcel.

International return shipping charges, customs duties and any other charges to be paid by the customer. If you wish to return, kindly send us an email to info@shellsscollection and the customer care team will get back to you with all the return shipping instructions.

If a shipment remains in customs for more than 14 days and is subsequently returned to us, the customer will be responsible for covering all associated return charges. In such cases, we will process only store credit after deducting the return shipping charges, duties and taxes.

If you have received an item which you think may be faulty or damaged, please notify our customer care team within 48 hours. Once your item(s) have been received and checked by the quality control team you will receive a confirmation email.

SALE ITEMS:( with discounts)

We do not offer refunds for Any Sale Items. Sale Items can receive credit Codes for the same value of the product(s) by deducting the shipping and restocking fees of the order.

Unfortunately, we do not offer free exchanges. So if you would like to exchange any item then this will be treated as a return and you must place a new order for the item you would like instead.

PROCESSING TIME:
